Jagannath Pooja Peti

Jagannath, Balabhadra and Subhadra together in colour, with the Jagannath prayer and the Hare Krishna mantra on the plaques. For Odia families and Rath Yatra gifting.

The three faces of Puri fill the centre of the lid: Balabhadra in white, Subhadra in yellow, Jagannath in black, in a printed colour panel between temple pillars. The base is red velvet with gold-tone charan paduka; the left plaque carries Jagannathah Swami Nayana Patha Gami Bhavatu Me and the right the Hare Krishna maha-mantra, both in English letters. It closes like a book.

Three reasons to choose this peti

The one Jagannath design in the shop, and the three reasons it is asked for.

Rath Yatra

Ordered in the weeks before, for the home that watches the Puri procession on the phone.

Odia families in Mumbai

A ghar mandir for a family far from Puri; the three faces are as in the temple, not a stylised version.

Gift after a Puri darshan

For the person who asked you to bring something back from the temple.

Before you ask

Is this Jagannath or Shreenathji?

Jagannath, with Balabhadra and Subhadra. The three faces are unmistakable in the photo, and the left plaque names Jagannath. Our Shreenathji petis are separate designs.

What is the price?

Ask on WhatsApp with the design name and you get the price within the day, before you commit to anything. It is priced as a piece (gold-tone finish, not gold weight), so there is no rate to track.

What size is it, and what do I get?

Ask us for a photo beside a ruler; we would rather send that the same day than guess a number here. You get the Jagannath trio lid, the gold-tone charan paduka on red velvet and the two prayer plaques. No mala, diya or thali comes with it, so send a list if you want those added.

What is written on the plaques?

The Jagannath prayer, Jagannathah Swami Nayana Patha Gami Bhavatu Me, on the left, and the Hare Krishna maha-mantra on the right, both in English letters.

Can I see it in the shop, or get it delivered?
