Our Founder
Mr. Pukhraj Jain left Todgarh in Rajasthan, came to Mumbai, and built a jewellery shop that has lasted 40 years.

From Todgarh to Chembur
Mr. Pukhraj Jain grew up in Todgarh, a small town in Rajasthan. He came to Mumbai as a young man and spent years working in different jewellery shops, learning the trade from the ground up.
In 1986, he opened his own shop in Chembur. It sold both jewellery and sarees back then. Over time, he focused on jewellery alone. The shop grew because people trusted him and came back.
Outside of work, Mr. Jain is active in the Terapanth Jain community. He contributes to education and healthcare causes and has done so quietly for decades.

The milestones that got us from a small shop selling sarees and jewellery to where we are today.
Humble Beginnings
Mr. Pukhraj Jain started Swarn Shikhar as a small shop that sold both jewelry and sarees in Chembur, Mumbai, after gaining experience working in various jewelry establishments.
First Shop Opening
Focus on Jewelry
Transitioned to focus exclusively on jewelry business, specializing in gold and traditional designs that resonated with the local community.
Expansion
Expanded the business by acquiring the neighboring shop, significantly increasing the retail space and allowing for a wider range of jewelry collections.
Business Expansion
Modernization
Started bringing in contemporary designs alongside traditional ones. Younger customers wanted something different, so we adapted.
Digital Transformation
COVID forced us online. Built a website, started WhatsApp orders. Turned out people liked being able to browse from home.
Community Recognition
Nearly four decades in Chembur. Recognised locally for community work and charity. The shop is a neighbourhood fixture now.
