Simple repairs may be ready the same day. Other standard jobs usually take 3 to 7 business days, while restoration and custom work can take longer. We confirm the timeline with the quote.
Do you provide a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Repair work has a 90-day warranty on the area we repaired. If that work develops a problem during the warranty period, bring the piece back for inspection.
Can you repair antique or heirloom jewelry?
Yes, after inspection. Older settings, enamel and hollow sections can limit what is possible, so we explain the likely result before quoting.
